2. Use of the App

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

3. Free Plays & Rewarded Ads

• New users receive 3 free game plays upon signing in.
• Additional free plays can be earned by watching rewarded ads via Google AdMob.
• Free plays are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• A monthly subscription grants unlimited game plays.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) depending on your platform.
• Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

5. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google or Apple account, or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
